How can I modify my reservation?

All reservations are made through our online booking system.
Once your reservation is confirmed, you will automatically receive an email containing all booking details and your reservation number.

If you want to make changes – such as adjusting the rental time, date, or vehicle class – you can easily do so using the form below.
Simply enter your reservation number and the updated details, and we will contact you as soon as possible.

How do I cancel my reservation?

If your plans change, you can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 2 days before the rental is scheduled to begin.
If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the start time, one-third of the rental price will be charged.
For no-show reservations, the full rental price will be charged.

Cancellations can be made via email or directly through the form provided.
